Financial Information

Payment for medical/dental services is the patient’s responsibility. Our policy requires payment at the time service is performed. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also offer a financial plan via CareCredit. If other arrangements are needed, please ask so that we may assist you. We are unable to make change for more than $50.00. Please bring the exact amount due.

As a courtesy to you, our office will contact your insurance company to verify coverage prior to your procedure.

Medicare does not cover any dental related problems.

If you miss or cancel a scheduled surgery with less than a 24 hour notice, you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
